Zin Salento Igp Fiano

Fiano is a grape variety planted mostly in the Campania region, but it is also found in other regions like Puglia. What makes this particular wine very unique is the presence of a small percentage of Fiano Minutolo, a semi-aromatic grape which is original from Puglia.

Zin Fiano is a lively, zesty and refreshing wine produced from 40 year old vines. Herbal and orchard fruit aromas with lots of citrus fruit especially lime. Complex with mineral notes, great balance and a fresh finish.

Zin in the Apulian dialect is sea urchin.
