Paritua Hawke's Bay Syrah 2024

Estate-grown | Bridge Pa Triangle

True to the bold Paritua signature, this Syrah is dark, powerful, and deeply concentrated. Sourced from low-yielding, hand-harvested vines rooted in the ancient soils of the Bridge Pa Triangle. Aged in a mix of 225L and 500L French oak barrels (50% new), it reveals a beautifully balanced interplay of ripe dark fruit, exotic spice, and savoury oak.

Aromatics: Perfumed notes of violet, black cherry, and blackberry, layered with black pepper, five spice, cocoa, and a whisper of thyme and ironstone.

Palate: Rich and complex, with flavours of dark berries, sweet prune, cocoa powder, and black olive. A silky texture is framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and a touch of vanilla oak, leading to a long, elegant black cherry finish.

Enjoy with: Grilled meats, braised dishes, or hearty winter fare.
