Mondillo Rose 2023

This Rosé is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for Rosé. Luscious cherries, strawberries, watermelon and raspberry flavours with a discreet underlying acidity to balance the fruit sweetness. Lovely fruit concentration but still elegant with a nice creamy texture. So tantalising!
