Exponents of organic and traditional practices, the Drappiers employ minimal amounts of sulphur and a low dosage approach with the purpose of showcasing the many facets of their terroirs with the utmost respect for the land, fruit and Drappier supporters. dry and aromatic elegance upon their expressions. Made entirely with juices from the first pressing, with Pinot Noir grapes contributing for at least 80% of the blend. Unfiltered and with a reduced dosage (sugar), this is imbued with elegance and authenticity.
A Champagne of great aromatic richness. The taste begins with stone fruits such as white vineyard peaches. A spicy note emerges in a powerful and complex mouthfeel. A vinous Champagne of grand complexity, with a characteristic touch of quince jelly and floral notes.
