Come and experience the wines of a leading family-owned wine estate located at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Mormoiron, within the southeastern Rhône Valley of France. Known as a pioneer and benchmark producer of the AOC Ventoux appellation. 6 wines paired with a delicious dish each.

Paired with: Tartelettes au Chèvre: Goat cheese tartlets with caramelised onions and fresh thyme.

Paired with: Tuna Tataki: Seared tuna tataki with citrus ponzu, pickled cucumber, avocado crème and micro coriander

Grilled Prawn Skewers: Chargrilled prawn skewers finished with garlic and parsley butter.

Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder: Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary jus, roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
