Grape: 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier
This cuvée of predominantly Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier is a light golden colour, there’s a touch of nectar to the very ripe scent and the mouth tingles with the vibrancy of the fine fizzy bubbles. It tastes decadent, yeasty and savoury with a subtle suggestion of peach and a lovely long rich complex yet tantalising fresh dry finish with a lingering nutty complexity.
