"Our most unique Syrah grows at 900 meters of altitude on sandy soils with a limestone under-base under influence of the
Atlantis winds, resulting in a slow and progressive maturation. The wine ferments naturally without the addition of sulphites
and rests for a year in terracotta amphorae giving it minerality whilst preserving its typicity. Limited edition of 3000 bottles."
