Providore Pinot Gris 2023

Providore is a new winery in Central Otago, created by experienced winemaker Pete Bartle, who has worked in the region for over 20 years. He sources Pinot Gris grapes from Gibbston Valley, producing a dry, aromatic wine with fresh acidity that gives it a lively feel.
