Our 2021 Hawke’s Bay Merlot has captivating aromas of violet, ripe raspberries, plums, and subtle star anise spices. It has a rich palate of dark berry fruits and smooth and juicy plush tannin texture. This has superb depth and roundness with a soft, focused finish.
