Situated in Cérons, along the renowned "Route historique des Graves", Chateau Moulin du Peyrat produces a Medoc using mostly Merlot grapes. This results in a velvety-textured wine with ripe fruit notes and a delicate complexity. Made primarily with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine pairs well with dishes such as lasagna, leeks and bacon quiche, vegetarian tagine, and Saint-Nectaire cheese.
