Pares Balta NV Cava Brute

Pares Balta is a family winery based in Penedes whose origins date back to 1790. Their vineyards have been certified organic since 2004. 

This Cava has been made according to the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 12 months ageing on lees.

It's a dry sparkling wine with aromas of white fruits (pear, apple) and floral notes with a slight touch of creaminess. Fresh and lively in the mouth, with the fruit notes dominating. Light and soft, with a pleasant finish.
