Valli The Real McCoy Orange Pinot Gris 2022

This is our all-time favourite Orange Wine! One of the most intriguing and approachable we’ve tried so far! Expect flavours of apricot, peach, orange blossom, rose petals, lychee, bitter almonds and cream soda. It is dry, textural and really complex. Really nice with grilled salmon and cold cured meats.

"Orange" wine is a category or genre of wine, sometimes referred to as "amber" or "skins ferment" wines. The category is defined by fermenting white grapes on skins, a technique more often used with red grapes. The spectrum of how the technique is deployed varies based on the producer or region and a range of grape varieties can be used.
