We are very proud about our latest addition to the Stafford Rd Wine Family, our Stafford Rd Pinot Noir Reserve 2009 from Central Otago, Bannockburn Felton Road to be exact!
This wine has been awarded an impressive 94 points from Raymond Chan Wine Reviews. Here is a snapshot of what they had to say:

"This is a gracefully developed Pinot Noir with complexing details, power and strength. Medium-full bodied, elegantly presented, complexing nuances of dried and maraschino cherries, interweaved dried flower, dried thyme, game, forest floor; unfolding black pepper, liquorice and star anise spices. The flavours are with strength and complexity from ageing; spices linger on the finish with integrated lacy acidity and savoury, gamey elements."

In a nutshell, a superbly developed Pinot Noir with impressive complexity and charm. This wine is sold for $40 under its own label! This is a bargain!
