Complex, youthful, smoky, dark berry fruits at the core of the bouquet with aromas of boysenberry, plum and dark skinned cherry. Some barrel smoke and baking spice attributes add complexity and power. On the palate a delicious wine, dry, taut and plush with dark berry and plum fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. The oak and tannins, along with a youthful acid line showcase a wine with a strong foundation for ageing and core fruit attributes for early drinking if needed.
