Hawkshead Gibbston Valley Pinot Gris 2025

Hawkshead Pinot Gris 2025, Central Otago is a dry style and worth every penny, a new favourite in the Wine Bar! Fresh and full bodied and more akin to a French Alsace style.

The unctuous mouthfeel carries concentrated aromatics alongside refreshing acidity, the flavour shows depth and spice extends a dry, evocative finish. 96pts Candice Chow
