Aimery Grande Cuvee 1531 Rose

Double Gold Medal Winner and 4.5 Stars from Michael Cooper and Sam Kim!

Gorgeous pink bubbles from Limoux in France, very first region to produce sparkling wine! The Cremant de Limoux Brut Rose is made according to traditional method with a long ageing blend of Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir.
It has a beautiful salmon pink colour with a delicate and lingering sparkle. The bouquet presents a great aromatic richness and notes of red fruits of strawberry and raspberry.

Think vivacious, strawberry, slightly peachy and spicy flavours, yeasty notes and excellent complexity and harmony.
